Service Description

You’re not crazy, you’re grieving. And there’s a way forward—I’ll show you how. We will meet each Monday, Wednesday & Friday for 4 weeks. Here is the outline for the program: 🌿 Week 1: Giving Yourself Permission to Heal 🔹 Monday: Post Lesson 1 video: “Understanding Grief & Your Healing Journey” Upload worksheet: “What do I need to forgive myself for?” 🔹 Wednesday: Discussion post: “What is one thing you’ve struggled to accept about your grief?” Encourage participants to comment and support each other. 🔹 Friday: Guided meditation post: Self-Compassion & Acceptance (Share an audio link or YouTube video) Reflection prompt: “What is one small way you can show yourself kindness today?” 🌱 Week 2: Navigating Emotions & Releasing Fear 🔹 Monday: Post Lesson 2 video: “How to Handle the Hard Days” Upload worksheet: Journaling prompts on emotional processing 🔹 Wednesday: Check-in post: “What emotion has been showing up for you this week?” Invite participants to share and support each other. 🔹 Friday: Grounding exercise post: Breathing & Visualization for Emotional Healing Affirmation post: “I allow myself to feel and heal in my own time.” 🌟 Week 3: Rediscovering Yourself & Finding Purpose 🔹 Monday: Post Lesson 3 video: “Who Am I Now? Embracing Change” Upload worksheet: “Rediscovering Joy” exercises 🔹 Wednesday: Discussion post: “What is one thing that used to bring you joy that you’d like to reconnect with?” Encourage engagement and sharing. 🔹 Friday: Visualization practice post: “Meeting Your Future Self” Encouragement post: “Healing doesn’t mean forgetting—it means learning to live with love.” 🌸 Week 4: Creating a New Path Forward 🔹 Monday: Post Lesson 4 video: “How to Honor Your Loved One & Move Forward” Upload final worksheet: Letter to Your Future Self 🔹 Wednesday: Celebration post: “What is one thing you’ve learned or gained from this journey?” Encourage participants to reflect and share. 🔹 Friday: Gratitude practice post: “Write one thing you’re grateful for today.” ***If you’ve been waiting for a sign to start healing—this is it.
