Ongoing - Meets 1st Wednesday each month. Upcoming Events: Wednesday September 10| 6pm PT /7pm MST/ 8pm CT/ 9pm ET. The grief journey is a personal journey and though we will always miss our loved ones, there comes a time to rebuild our lives. This ongoing group is for individuals who have completed the healing process, and discovered what grief came to teach us about ourselves. We may have traveled down some dark paths, took a few wrong turns, but we found our way back to healing. Growing Through Grief allows you to discover a New Beginning for your life. You will not get told how to rebuild, as you already have the answers, but you will be asked some tough questions to keep your new vision crystal clear. The most important question is "Why do you want this"? This is where we begin. To unlock your personal 'why' and we move forward from there. You have a meaningful purpose in this life and chances are, your grief journey had a lot to do with it. Grief came to teach us so much about our belief systems (a.k.a. B.S.) You may be surprised to learn that most of what we believe is B.S. and the self talk we do will allow you discover who put that thought there, and how to release it so you no longer are bound to those thoughts of "I'm not good enough." Imposter syndrome is the culprit here. You ARE Good Enough! There is so many breakthrough and A-Ha moments within the confines of this group setting. The insurmountable support, encouragement, and motivational accountability alone is worth your time and effort. Together, we can put our dent in that big ol' Universe! Join us!
