Upcoming dates: Aug 27, Sept 24, Oct 22, Nov 26 | 6pm PT/ 7pm MST/ 8pm CT/ 9 pm ET This group is for individuals who experienced an unexpected, sudded, traumatic loss (including, but not limited to accidental death, suicide, homicide, etc.) Died Suddenly. How many times are we hearing this these days? More often than people realize. Mainly young adults and many children are dying suddenly as well. We were not given the chance to say our goodbye's or express how much they meant to us, and thank them for all they ways they touched our lives on so many levels. Sudden deaths are hard to heal from because of the shock we find ourselves in now that their lives are not able to impact us physically. Kim Ryan can relate, yet again. A sister who died suddenly in a car wreck, (she was 35 and Kim was 25) a father who committed suicide, (he was 62, Kim was 29) not to mention other family members and friends who died suddenly. There are so many unanswered questions, and we get angry, depressed, and withdrawn. We cannot bear to tell the story over and over again, as the pain we carry only gets heavier the more we tell it. Yet, we need to tell our stories. If we don't talk and share those tough emotions, they seem to grow more intense as time goes on. You are not alone in this type of loss. There are literally thousands of people just like you, searching for a place to get support, help and healing. No, we can't change what happened, but we can heal from it. There is power in numbers. Many times, there are also great revelations. Join us today, and allow the healing you have searched for to begin to take place. Once the healing is done, you can start to rebuild your life.
